03How We Work
/ Process

Four weeks, give or take. One builder.

Every project is different. The exact timeline depends on scope, number of pages, and how ready the content is. What follows is a rough rhythm for a typical small build, not a fixed contract.

01

Discovery

Week 1

We get the brief right before anyone writes code. Scoping, brand direction, sitemap, three visual directions, palette pulled from your existing marks.

02

Design

Weeks 1 to 2

Copy draft, design draft, bundled revision rounds. You see the whole thing as a real built page, not a mood board.

03

Build

Week 3

Site assembled on a staging URL. Lightweight stack, no page builders, no plugin sprawl. Mid-build check-in before launch.

04

Launch

Week 4

Site goes live with a 48-hour active monitoring window. Then 30 days of post-launch support for bug fixes, design tweaks, and image swaps.

04The Studio
/ About

Drew Agee, builder.

Based in Cache Valley, Utah, I run Cache Made Consulting as a one-person studio. I design and build websites for boutique and family-owned businesses: wineries, contractors, restaurants, makers, service businesses with deep local roots. The work is yours to keep, the stack is light, and the same person who scopes the project is the person who delivers it.

  1. Amplify what already works. The site amplifies interest in a brand that already exists. It does not manufacture one.
  2. Easy to maintain. No page builders. No fragile plugin stacks. Update copy without breaking the site.
  3. Simple navigation.Customers find what they need in one or two clicks.
  4. Mobile responsive.Without exception. Most visitors arrive on a phone.
  5. Picture over video.Don’t use a video where a photo will do the same job faster. In other words, keep it simple.
